The Wright Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential seeks a Marketing Director to oversee marketing responsibilities across three divisions - Wright Living, Wright Graduate University, and Human Emergence Group. This person will play a vital role in the management and strategy of our branding and marketing automation while overseeing day-to-day marketing operations. They will be directly involved in maximizing the value of client relationships and performance of marketing programs with a focus on:

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Program Activation and Performance
  • ROI Performance, Budget Planning, and Reporting
  • Innovation and Growth

  • Marketing Director who is passionate about data-backed and evidence-based marketing practices to grow a brand. This role will require an innovative and data-driven brand strategist who can connect insights into action. They will proactively lead brand strategy development and execution, advertising and media plans, brand integration efforts in collaboration with the sales team and senior leaders.
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, they will collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure brand strategy alignment. Indirect influence of and collaboration with other key organizational leaders is also necessary for success in this position.
  • This highly cross-functional role is curious, highly collaborative, and works toward excellence daily. It requires both strategic and tactical execution, with a balance of creativity and strategy of brand development, with an eye and passion for data to execute marketing funnel and marketing automation practices to grow our brand.


  • Lead the team: Serve as the day-to-day manager of our team of marketing ops, content, and product marketers. Provide coaching, career planning, and accountable performance management against our marketing goals.
  • Build growth via market and brand research, brainstorming inventory ideas, and managing a portfolio of market-specific clients across multiple categories
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing funnel strategies into a holistic marketing system from concept to completion
  • Manage the budget through data-driven planning: Use historical and ongoing data to build forecasts for our GTM campaigns and budgets for different marketing functions accordingly.
  • Be the leading voice on our content program and ensure that our material is highly relevant, engaging, and compelling for current and potential customers.
  • Oversee our program marketing materials for ongoing customer communication.
  • Partner with the sales team to research our target addressable markets for product-market fit and potential gaps.
  • Build business partnerships to build awareness of our programs and methodologies within target markets.


  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field of study; or relevant years of experience
  • Minimum of four years of traditional and digital marketing experience
  • Prior experience utilizing a sales and marketing CRM (Keap, or other CRM)
  • Prior experience working in a business environment coordinating social media on applicable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Wikis)
  • Prior experience using web analytics tools to interpret data and build insightful reporting
  • Prior experience writing for the web, on social, and/or in traditional media
  • Prior experience successfully managing and growing multiple paid advertising accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in graphic and web design using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Philanthropic expertise within an academic environment
