Commercial Credit Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst who has the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing customers through a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills. The Credit Analyst will make recommendations on credit application approvals based on research and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

• Administration of the organization's credit application process
• Gather and conduct financial analysis, including third party report review, in order to make sound credit recommendations
• Determine degree of risk involved with establishing a line of credit
• Establish lines of credit for customers
• Monitor loans for compliance
• Conduct credit collections including contacting customers and sales team members regarding past due and over limit accounts

Qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
• 5+ years of experience in a credit analyst role, preferably within the banking environment
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills Proven problem solving and sound judgment skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy Results-driven approach to all assignments
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
